The FRFG is a non-profit think tank for intergenerational justice and sustainability. The FRFG aims to ensure that future and proceeding generations have at least the same chances of meeting their needs in ecological, economic, social and political terms as currently living generations. The head of the board of trustees is Prof. Dr. Rolf Kreibich, the speaker for the foundation is Mr. Wolfgang Gründinger.
The FRFG is currently planning a research anthology that will have Youth Quotas as the main topic. That is, Youth Quotas as a tool/method to empower young people/the younger generation and make sure that they are not being marginalized due to the demographic changes we are witnessing in several Western countries today. Youth Quotas (introduction of such quotas, consequences of such an introduction etc.) are a highly under-researched topic, and this will be the first thoroughly academic contribution investigating this theme.
We are still searching for contributors who are interested in writing a contribution for the anthology, which have an interdisciplinary approach.
Please let us know if you are interested in this project, and we will provide you with more information.
